I'm a coffee addict and I always go to either Starbucks or Coffee Bean. Last Friday, it was my first time trying Bo's Coffee. I'm also a fan of ice blended coffee. So I tried their Primoccino which is similar to Starbuck's Frappuccino and Coffee Bean's Ice Blends. As usual I tried Mocha flavored coffee again. Compared t0 Starbucks and Coffee Bean, Bo's Coffee was not really even close...but it's a bit cheaper... It just wasn't good... :)

At first glance, you could say that the Pizza Hut in Mall of Asia was different from the other Pizza Hut out there. There was a sophisticated feeling and coziness in the place. As usual to Pizza Hut Restaurants , the place was full of people of different life style. Though the place was so good, it wasn't intimidating because of the hospitality of the crews.

We sat besides the window and the table was so well set. It has a flower vase with fresh flower and bottle of wine which I think you couldn't drink but I didn't ask and a set of plates for four. It took us little time to choose what to order...until we decided to get viva pizza roma medium size, chicken tenders texas-mexican style with sweet tangy special sauce and lasagna. The first dish to be served was the chicken tenders, followed with the lasagna and last, the pizza. It didn't really take long for the food t be served.

Ok! Let's talk first about the Chicken Tenders Texas-Mexican Style. Maybe I wasn't really Texan or Mexican because I really didn't enjoy it :) Though it didn't taste bad, it wasn't good for me. I have tasted a better chicken stripped than that. The sweet tangy special sauce wasn't even better. I couldn't explain the taste because for me it's...plane. However, when I added Tabasco hot sauce to it, the taste was much better. Overall, it's just OK...just OK...

Let's move to lasagna. Pizza Hut's Lasagna consisted of Bolognese sauce layered in between pasta sheet, baked and topped with mozzarella cheese and bechamel sauce...was it excellent?..no...was it bad?...no...was it good?...yes! It wasn't really the perfect lasagna but I assure those people who doesn't like Italian dish because of being a little sour that would like this. My only concerned was the bechamel sauce. It tasted like milk? I'm not sure about the real taste 0f that sauce but it really tasted like Nestle cream. :) But still...I enjoyed it. :)

The pizza was great! Viva Roma was I think one of the best pizza of Pizza Hut. When you want it all pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, bacon, mushroom, green bell pepper, onions, black olives, fresh garlic topped with mozzarella and parmesan, drizzled with olive oil, then this is the pizza for you. :) It has the perfect thickness and texture. Add their Tabasco hot sauce and it's the perfect hot pizza. It actually got the taste of Filipino. Though it's Italian, it wasn't that sour and the sweetness was there. :)

Overall, Pizza Hut never fails to give great pizza but they can still improve there other dishes. :)

If you happened to visit Mall of Asia...I recommend you to try "World Chicken". You can actually create your platter meal of 1 or 2 sidings. It will not really cost you much because 1 siding is just 132 pesos and 2 sidings is 159 pesos.

I tried the grilled boneless chicken with brown gravy and spaghetti pomodoro. The chicken was great! It's soft and easy to cut unlike other chicken I have tried...it's well cook..meaning it's not over cook and there's no blood in it...the best this about it is it's boneless! You would not have a hard time eating the chicken. The gravy was only nice...really perfect with the chicken but you could still try their other sauce like the BBQ, Teriyaki, and much more...

The Spaghetti Pomodoro was good but not really excellent...though it's really Italian and the sauce was just right...not too much and not to little. It's not really superb but I really enjoyed it.

My baby tried 2 sidings which include grilled boneless chicken with Teriyaki sauce, bacon rice and pesto pasta. I had a little of the chicken with teriyaki sauce and it was really nice! the pesto pasta was so plain. I didn't really get it...maybe because I enjoy meat sauce rather that vegetable sauce....but I think some people would love it especially those people who are on diet. :)

I was never a fan of Filipino movie. I always thought that it's a waste of money because of poor visual and not so good story line. However, one movie caught my eyes 1 month ago while watching TV. It was a movie about the relationship between gay couple and the mother of one of the gay couple...Not new in international industry but kinda new to Filipino big screen...maybe this one is good, I told myself.

Last Friday, I watched this with my baby. I was a little reluctant because not really a movie for guys but I was really surprised to see how many people really wanted to watch the movie...there were grandma (maybe because Vilma Santos was in the movie. She was actually one of the best actresses in Filipino movie)...there were straight couple...barkadan (group of friends)...I actually didn't gay couples there... When I entered the movie house, it was the first time I didn't seat in the balcony coz it was really full. So I just on the orchestra part of the theater. Before the movie started, a lot of people kept on coming in...I was not the only one who thought that the movie could be really good.

All the actors were good in the movie...especially John Lloyd Cruz who really leveled with Vilma Santos. Luis Manzano only has satisfactory acting skill for me because maybe two great actors were also in the movie. There were funny scenes which surely made me laugh especially those scenes with Vice Ganda...There were really dramatic moment that showed how good John Lloyd is like when he was in the bridge with Luis and hugging Luis on his back...there were no lines for John but just the face was really acting. The other one is the confrontation scene with Vilma in the funeral of Luis, I think John surpassed Vilma in this scene. :) Dimple should also be credited in her scene with Vilma Santos after  Luis died. There were also nice special effect like when Luis had an accident.

I really enjoyed the movie. I really recommend to see the movie with your mother. This is not only for gay couple...and I think gay couple would be disappointed because there were actually few sweet scene between John and Luis...the kiss was really short but really heart-felt. This  is for the whole family.
